So here's what you do.
Pull up Spiridonas.
Go 3rd Trad, fetch For from your deck or Ash heap (depending on if you had any on your hand you discarded earlier). Transfer 1 blood to the new guy. You now have Spiridonas at 7 blood and a 2-cap with for.
Next turn, play Fortitude on the little guy.
Have Spiridonas do the same thing again. Now at 5 blood.
Repeat until you have 4 support dudes with FOR and Spiridonas himself with for through usage of FOR masters.
He should have 1 blood now. Do magic for Soul Gem, play daring.
New Spiridonas enters.
Do sanguine instructions with first support dude.
Bleed with Spiridonas for 9-2= 7, play Daring.
Repeat 3 times.
You've now bleed for 28.

Enjoy the table hate until your next turn:P

Oh and the Tablets are there less for the long term and more because you'll probably have to discard a lot of cards to set everything up so they're more to make sure you have the cards back in your library.

Ok, so you don't need 40 Jacob (I think), but with Ashur Tablets you might need many of him.
Basic Idea:
Magic for Soul Gem.
Bum's + Skin + Burst on anyone who can block you.
Repeat until no one is left. Recruit Nephandus.
Ashur is there because of Jacobs horrendous drawback that force you to discard your entire hand at the whim of your predator. Though that might work to your advantage if your hand is clogged, so it's not risk free for your predator to do so.
