Appreciate the capsule review of the new set. Spoils of war has me thinking of designing/modifying a Hektor deck. Good stuff, thank you.

It is a balanced card doing whatever it was designed to do. I added a few in my already working concept and when I it helped quite a bit when I was in a pinch both pool-wise and bloodwise. Nothing to sneeze at, not much to abuse too. Not everything has to be borderline broken
