one problem I find with Taste of Death is that you spend all the trouble to get to long range, pay a blood for the strike, and they go to torpor with -1 blood. but since most Assamites can't diablerize, the victim usually just comes back out the next turn.

I'd consider Deviki Prasanta, Heartblood of the clan, Ghouls of plaza moreria and 1 Conceal
