Quite frankly, hard to pull off because of the high number of moving part and seem very vulnerable against some strategy ; but worth trying, at least for the surprise effect.

Dream World could be good for a lung.
That said I think working in obfuscate and presence offers little synergy.
Demdemeh has

for stealth.
for combat and over 2/3rds of your retainers enhance damage output. I know you do not want them to stay of him, but I do not feel like you are going clear him of them very often.
The most natural card for the Demdemeh seems to be Pack Alpha.
For support vampires I suggest some or all of the following...
Aisata Swanou
Group: 5
Laibon: During your master phase, you may draw a card and move a card from your hand to either your ash heap or the top of your library.
stealth, pack alpha,
prevent and multi act
Adhiambo
Group: 4
Laibon: Adhiambo gets +1 stealth when equipping with a weapon from your hand and +1 stealth on actions to enter combat with other minions.
stealth, pack alpha and can recruit/employ everything Demdemeh can.
Abu Nuwasi
Group: 4
Laibon.
Cheap, cycle forced march(etc) and diabrele
Elizabeth Conde
Group: 4
Laibon.

Great ideas for a more agressive concept. But thinking that vicissitude isn't the main discipline on this deck, maybe adhiambo should be avoided because she does not prevent any damage. The only minion the other vampires with fortitude would not be able to call is war ghoul but this task can stay only with demdemeh without any trouble.
Do you think maybe some kiss of ra in this deck could be great?

On Kiss of Ra, I can't say but you can't freak drive or forced march after it so maybe not. You know your meta better than I, more than 1-2 would be overboard.

I wouldn't go over 8:VIC: cards, 3 Changling (bleed/stealth),3 Plasmic Form (stealth/dodge) and 2 C.M.(manuever/agg hands which can be 2 w/ pack alpha) seems right.
As for damage prevention you could also have Well-Marked though I don't know if you have room.

So, I have tested it tonight and the deck did a great job even with 2 other ally decks as predator and prey. In the first round, before I raise demdemeh, my predator played unmasking and that almost destroyed my game, but luckly I played first hand a jake washington, threatening my prey to call other allies or important cards. What I know is that I did a VP and in the end demdemeh had 3 intercept, 2 elephant guardians, 1 wolf companion and 10 minions on the table. Maybe I should put more forced march and few freak drive to have stealth and use more lubomira to give veil and cloak the gathering.
The setup is still slow, but the allies with unmasking can hold my game while I biuld it. I think only heavy stealth and bleed decks would oust me easily. or a full combat deck in the early table.
