Signet of King Saul is in the 10th anniversary tins which are probably still available as the print runs of those were ginormous.
As to your question about further suggestions, look above for my note about army of rats which goes in perfectly to this kind of deck.
EDIT: I got a spare signet that I could trade also if you have anything from my want list found in tne trade forums.

Rather than Hauntings, I'd use allies and events to do that work.
Event [5]
Break the Code (possibly unnecessary in your local environment)
Dr. Marisa Fletcher, CDC
Hunger Moon
Restricted Vitae
Thirst
Master [1]
Strained Vitae Supply
Allies [3]
Impundulu
Ossian
Young Bloods

Any ideas how to make the deck better within its current theme? Blood denial and moderate table control are my aims at the moment. Vampiric Disease and and Society of Leopold caused a wee bit too much collateral damage for my taste, but then again against another wall I'm shaking without some masters to do some damage.

Army of the rats point duly noted, and added already.
I switched confusions with Army of rats and Codex of the Edenic Groundkeepers, and will most likely try the deck out tomorrow.
Oh, and I would have a single copy of Ashur Tablets that I don't really need, but I'll try to ask around for a Signet from here first. I'll let you know if I run out of luck!
@Adonai
Ossian will be a must addition as soon as I locate my copy. I'm pretty sure it's not in any of my decks but it's not in my Generic Allies stack either... Maybe he's somewhere taking a vacation.
About Strained Vitae Supply, Hunger Moon and Restricted Vitae: I've yet to try them but they seem very risky. I've found myself in a need for hunting more often than not. I'd love to use Young Bloods but once again I'm out of luck with them. Just thinking about how many different cards I already own makes me flinch, but that fact that there are still cards I don't even own... That's just weird.
I'm looking for those, though. I had, in fact, forgotten about those guys. Search begins!

Oh, I wish there were 10th A. boxes still available! The last ones in finland were bought half a year ago in my best knowledge.Signet of King Saul is in the 10th anniversary tins which are probably still available as the print runs of those were ginormous.

here's some cards I've used in Serenna decks
Blessing of Chaos - so useful! just one copy should be good.
Babble - very versatile, and always catches other players off guard. gives you some more control over the table. sometimes you can Babble to untap a prey's vampire that you want to Spirit Marionette on your turn.
Treat the Sick Mind - at
it's very situational, but keep in mind the
/
effect can be easily used without slowing you down. like above, you could even untap a target you want to steal with Spirit Marionette.
Kindred Spirits - I kind of prefer this over Confusion when you have limited slots available for bleed. the extra poolgain means you can worry a little less about defense, and therefore put more pressure on ousting.
