Time Out! - Anarch Ravnos

Adonai inspired me to make an Anarch Revolt deck. Unlike his, however, this is a rough draft of a terrible deck. Submitted for your approval:

You want a big, anarch Ravnos. Lay down some Anarch Revolts for pressure. Fee Stake and Delaying Tactics should protect your revolts from votes. If your prey makes an anarch, put it in Time Out (Reality).

I'd rather have a Park Hunting Ground than a Coven , especially when your opponents are spending 2 blood to go anarch...

I also think that you should expand to all 6 Fee Stakes, as you won't see them all and you'd like to see them relatively early.

Mylan Horseed (Goblin) ?
Entrenching over Sheepdog?
Narrow Minds so that you aren't the bleed sink?
Anarch Troublemaker instead of Misdirection?

+1 Powerbase LA (flush all those masters and untap for delaying)
+2-3 Undue influence (combos with Reality, and early game 'acceleration')
-2 smoke and mirrors
+2 fata morgana (more oomph in the bleeds)
+1 heart of nichetuz and/or shilmulo tarot? (Ivans special)

+1 pentex
-1 misdirection
+1 anarch troublemaker

And i never thought id suggest this, but maybe 1 army of apparitions?

How are you going to handle a predator who does pool damage to you right off the bat?

Now this would change the deck even more and i havent given much thought how this would turn out, but perhaps
+2 gabrin, what to take out i leave to you
+3 sensory deprivation for defense against that predator
+ chi stealth

Delaying tactics is a good card, but in this particular deck, i would certainly play / mix it with a handful of

Army of apparition
Usable by a tapped vampire.
[chi] Only usable during a referendum. Gain 3 votes.
[CHI] Only usable when an ally or younger vampire is taking a action directed at a minion you control. This vampire burns 2 blood to cause the action to end (unsuccessfully).

So you can also trump combat.
And, Ivan is a nice vampire, but Kostantin can steal a Heart or an Ivory bow - or better : deter people from equipping with one

Delaying Tactics is quite weak to defend Anarch Revolts. The acting vampire untaps and can take an action from his own deck instead. The other vampires cannot attempt to burn the same Anarch Revolt but they can attempt to burn another one if you have several in play. Unless you can make the attempt costly (force them to play Stealth or vote modifiers, Bureaucratic Overload,...), there are a lot of situations where Delaying Tactics will do nothing.

I've incorporated most of your suggestions. Looks better but I'm worried that the combo is too fragile.
