To achieve a similar result, I'd probably go for a big Ravnos that can breed competently with - probably - Tumnimos. You can bring out other vampires too, of course.

You get a bunch of anarchs that way, Ravnos Carnival pays for things, and you can turn into a swarm-ish deck if you need to. The weenies potentially let you play Eldest are Kholo as a reaction, where you get 1 vote per weenie. (As a reaction, it doesn't matter about being a Laibon.)

Thinking along the lines of some Gratiano decks I've seen, Spider Killer gives you CHI/ANI/OBF/FOR, for Freaks and possible Animal Magnetism. Obfuscate gives you one of the Veil options (Psychic/the Legions) for your weenies. And his own +1 stealth, of course. Ankla is good, but lacks Ani, so you'd obviously steer away from Animal Magnetism.

If you're confident of being able to pass votes (as opposed to defend Anarchs) in your environment, you can pack a couple of copies of Banishment rather than Reality. In any case, pack a prayer copy of Revolutionary Council and a prayer copy of Week of Nightmares.

I wouldn't risk being able to pass votes with only a Baron and Animal Magnetism, and it would take 3 vampires for Eldest are Kholo to be as strong as Army of Apparitions when defending Anarch Revolt. However, adding Tumnimos, Ravnos Carnival, Veil the Legions and a Revolutionary Council still seem worth while. What would you remove for them? Or would you go up to 90 and adjust card ratios?

Two big Barons + AM would be 7, 8 with the vote card, 9 with the edge (which a weenie could do) which - in some metagames - is enough. Obviously not if you see Ventrue Law Firm and Stanislava DomiPro on every table, or are competing in the recent "most votes cast in a referendum" discussion.

Hard to say. With only one big vampire to start (and a second two or three turns later, perhaps), I fear action jam might be the biggest issue, even with the Freaks. (Though Heart, Barrens and Dreams do help there, of course.)

Not a massive fan of Hunting Grounds, personally, but that's an issue that splits people a lot. A few copies of Veil probably replaces some of the stealth that's already there. Swap one of the votes for a Revolutionary Council. Where to find space for a few Tumnimos? Not sure. 3 copies would take you up to 83. Add another Freak, another stealth, 85? Unless you go for breeding in a semi-serious way, Ravnos Carnival probably isn't all that good for you. (In part, it helps to pay for more breeding.)


Separately, I'm unsure about the inclusion of Camera Phone in the deck as it stands. Won't stack with your Treasued Samadji, if you find yourself putting both on the same vampire, which in a non-breedy deck seems plausible. If you see a lot of guns or Far Mastery or similar, it probably makes sense - otherwise I'd consider Tasha or JS (unless they got contested a lot).
