If you want to put some vote defense location here put Alamut, not Black Throne. Alamut gives you LOT more votes over the game with this deck than Black Throne ever will.

I didn´t notice it before, but with 3 auspex cards you have undoubtly include deviki prasanta. I also would include one lilith´s blessing, instead of the third path of blood, but you can let it be.
You could also add a silver bullets in form of call of the hungry death, which combines perfectly with the crocodile´s blood denial strategy.
I prefer the use of scorpion´s touch, rather than vascular explosion. It cost less and can be annoying.
Nonetheless, I like the style of the deck. It´s interesting and has innovative stuff.

I'm curious. Why do you call this a Power Bleed deck if you only bleed for 3 with a rare boost from Trochomancy? When I hear Power Bleed I expect big bleeds of 5 at the very least.

On a side note though, I do like the deck. Reminds me of one of mine with a similar theme.

Although I'd drop Kabede and Antara so you can double up on the "Supporters."

Young bloods, Gregory Winter and Impundulu would fit perfect but I realize that it´s hard to fit in with few minions and no multiaction.
Add Lilliths Blessing for some blood in the endgame.

Power Bleed generally refers to bleeding with lots of block denial (as opposed to stealth).

It means both. See: Giovanni.

Anyway I love the synergy between Thin Blood and Crocodile's Tongue. Do you have any answer to the popular high-cap vote decks such as Girls or Villein-Voter Cap? I would recommend a Signet of King Saul for further block denial.
