This would be my first deck post on here. The idea is to alastor up an AK-47 or Flamethrower and then begin rushing anyone that might stop the votes from going through. Anathema, Parity shift, and Minion tap help me gain back some pool-I don't own a single villien- I included telepathic tracking, and NSA trio to try and get around Strike:combat ends.

You probably should play Quentin King III there, he gives you couple more votes and another guy to play 2nd tradition, parity shift, and anathema. Also, you have so few manuevers that mark V isn't that great, another AK-47 would likely be better.

Good points, I'm going to replace tony with quentin and maybe trade out a copy of ruth for another. It's important that I keep enough vampires with OBF: as otherwise they can't manuever with swallowed by the night.
As for the Mark V...I will probably replace it with the Ivory Bow, as I don't own any assualt rifles or additional AK-47... I have a couple submachine gun
but I'm unconvinced they'd be worth putting in.

I believe submachine gun would still be better than ivory bow (and flamethrower), because of the permanent maneuver which help you avoid nasty surprise. Also, 3R tend to burn blood faster than aggravated damage and blood denial is less likely to be interfered with than torpor (no cross-table blood transfusion
). It may depend on what you expect to be against.
I would replace the trap by deny, because it's just more polyvalent, and cut some master (like the versaille elyseum and the casino), because for me 18 non trifle master in a deck is a lot.
For the vote, I would add at least 1-2 KRC (or Kindred spirit) to finish off prey more easily. Perpetual care is good and all, but not the most reliable thing on earth, and it can be kind of frustrating to be at 4 pool, your prey at 3 pool, and not having anything to do the lunge.
And also some consanguineous boon, because I don't like relying on Parity shift alone. Your mileage may vary for this.

If you don't have assault rifles, sub-machine gun is OK in my opinion. Alastor reduces the cost and sub-machine gun works better with anathema than does ivory bow or flame thrower.

With the intercept reactions and bowl of convergence, maybe a sniper rifle would be a good idea too.
Also, sometimes I like to mix in precognition with the spirit's touch. The maneuver from Spirit's Touch is useful sometimes and the prevent damage from precognition is useful sometimes. I guess it depends on the metagame you are in. If you add submachine guns or sniper rifle, the prevent maybe more useful. If you add flame thrower and ivory bow the maneuver option may be better.
