So, this is the latest version of the deck, however, never have I played it with this many masters. It was an 80-card variant of fast political death, but it was somewhat prone to bad draws and master jams and it was relatively slow.
In this version I cut out some unneeded masters (Paths, for example) and added 8 accelerator masters, with a bit added Tend the Flocks. So, in order to keep up with all those masters, I put in 6 Parthenons and 2 Anthelios to cycle all those unneeded masters once I'm set up for more Flocks (it really should work wonders with 6 transfers).

Some general observations, based on previously played versions:

:( as with all Baali decks, I guess, good pool management is key or you'll bleed yourself do death
:( having an aggressive predator, especially one able to rush, means instant death to this deck
:( once my gaming group familiarized with this deck, they were very aggressive towards me, which is I guess understandable. at least it makes for very fast games (I was asked after half a dozen games not to play with it any more)
:( Villein-only approach is not so feasable, since many cards require blood on Vampires - hence a mix of Vessels and Villeins

:) vote lock is very possible, even with many votes on the table
:) very flexible when it comes to nuisances, meaning I can reliably deal with opponent's locations, equipment and allies. That is huge!
:) this deck is able to dish incredible amounts of vote damage very very quickly. People not familiar with deck are taken aback how quickly they die...
:) this setup is relatively obscure and therefore deck gets a benefit of a doubt, which it doesn't deserve.

So, any comments, suggestions? I'm not against cutting this deck even further or even expanding it to 90 cards...do you think this whole master-heavy setup is tournament-viable?

I was thinking of perhaps adding some of the following cards: several Washes (cyclable), a single Dreams (also cyclable) and perhaps Protected Resources, since this deck does not bleed too much...

No pool-gaining vote or action ?

It's pretty much the more suicidal deck I have seen. I does not mean that as an insult ; you pack no defence while being very able to oust yourself just by your own card. Of course, there is not a lot of workable defense with that crypt ...

Well, there are 6 Voters and a lot of Tend the Flocks...my rationale for not including any pool-gaining votes is that I can most via Boon get, what, 3 pool and that action alone costs me 1 pool later. I'd rather chip off my prey 5 pool, getting close to 1 VP and 6 pool) and perhaps gain 2 via Voters.

I also had 1 Political Flux earlier, perhaps I should put it back in...

Well, Political Flux seem very weak. Political Stranglehold seem better. And while big your vampires are not big enough for Honor the elder :x

I don't really have much advices, but the fatal weakness of that kind of deck is that you can't wait for an opportunity and you must immediatly be threatening. It's too much of a weakness for me, but if it work for you ...

You are throwing far too much pool away:
- Each Zillah's Valley costs you 1 pool. Consider more Information Highway/Dreams of the Sphinx instead.
- Parthenon costs 2 pool and can be contested. Consider Rumors of the Gehenna instead.
- Vessel costs a pool and you should not need it. If you want more pool, play more Villeins. If you want more blood, play Giant's Blood, Coven, Perfectionist, Life in the City,...

Disagree on Zillah's and Parthenon, as both are an integral part to getting stuff on the table fast and then later recoup the "wasted" pool with recycled Tend the Flocks.

I agree with the Vessel comment. A Coven is probably a good idea and I think you should play Minion Tap instead of Villein here since you can recycle them after a big voter cap and I don't think really need Villein's trifle-ness. You do need a copy of Golconda, though.

Furthermore I'd get rid of the Into Thin Air and just play more Elder Impersonation and Forgotten Labyrinth. I also really like 1-2 copies of My Kin Against the World in this deck.

Other than that, looks deadly but it's a bit of a glass cannon.
