A single Golconda is a nice idea. As is Coven, will try to jam it in.
My Kin was actually in previous versions of this deck. However, I'm not quite sure if it is worth it, paying ideally 2 blood instead of two pool and main guy cannot preform an offensive political action that turn. He is, however, free to either bleed and/or destroy/steal equipment or location. Should be useful if there are allies on the table, too...will put in 2 copies and give it a try.

This really isn't an issue, considering Annazir's ability. And I'll point that to any player who is even considering to play a Parthenon- Parthenon costs 2 pool and can be contested. Consider Rumors of the Gehenna instead.
Yup, that's the idea - fast setup and then recycle excess cards into useful stuff...Disagree on Zillah's and Parthenon, as both are an integral part to getting stuff on the table fast and then later recoup the "wasted" pool with recycled Tend the Flocks.
Perhaps I should stick to what I used to run in this deck - 6 Villeins and that's it. Minions vs Villeins - I'm not sold but will give it a try and see could Villeins be Taps without a loss of speed. Perhaps swap Vessels with Blood Dolls, something like 4 Villeins and 2 blood Dolls?I agree with the Vessel comment. A Coven is probably a good idea and I think you should play Minion Tap instead of Villein here since you can recycle them after a big voter cap and I don't think really need Villein's trifle-ness. You do need a copy of Golconda, though.

Perhaps, again, you probably are correct. My main issue is that those cards cost blood and this really should be taken into consideration when you decide how much blood to take off a vamp with a first Villein...Furthermore I'd get rid of the Into Thin Air and just play more Elder Impersonation and Forgotten Labyrinth. I also really like 1-2 copies of My Kin Against the World in this deck.

Oh, I quite agree - that's why there are two copies in the deck alreadyI really like Perfect Paragon because of its versatility. Try it, it's nice.

Even though it's a great card, you won't need it most of the time. Actions are very scarce in this kind of deck, so I'd just remove them.

I'd remove the Into thin Air and change the Forgotten Labyrinths for more Lost in Crowds. Swallowed by the Night is a great versatile card (combat defense/stealth) so you could add more.
You have already figured out that you won't gain much blood on Voter Captivation so you'd better avoid any blood costing card.

The Zillah's Valley and Tend the Flock are bad card in my experience. Zillah's Valley: they cost 1 pool and can only be used for Annazir and Scout. Think about 2x Dreams + 2x Powerbase: Montreal (you may keep 2 Zillah's).
Tend the Flock: You'll probably won't be able to play more than 1 or 2 in the game, or regain quickly pool from it.
Blood gain: think about Lilith's Blessing and Jake Washington. Jake is a great recursive blocker against rush and works well with Vessel. Coven is also absolutely necessary.

Maybe 1 or 2 Neonate Breach?
My Kin against the World is not a great card there since apart of voting, you won't be doing many things.
