How do you intend to oust? ash my prey's vampires.
How do you intend to keep from being ousted? ash my predator's vampires.
What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
What do you want your average turn to look like?
What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play? vaired toolbox/combat/weenie
What problems have you observed with the deck in play? blood management. the master cards are a mess. the deck feels like it goes in too many directions.

It's a fun idea and I think it could work well. Your deck needs a lot ot tightening up, though.
As you have observed, your Master package is a mess. Given that this is not a Master-driven idea, put together your minion cards and then pick a focused Master package to fill in specific missing pieces (e.g. blood and pool management).
Your combat needs focus, too. I'd get rid of Hector and all of the not-on-the-first-round stuff. Lose the Wind Dance, too. If you want defensive combat (and I'm not sure you do), stick with Earth Meld and Form of Mist because they have other benefits.

Ive done a deck like this for fun and it gave me quite a chuckle. Having said that, you are way past the maximum limit of deck size as permitted by the rules. 90 cards maximum only.

ok, so long as you dont bring it to any tournaments. Your deck is doing too much without any card cyclers thats why the large deck will kill your speed and ability to react to the table. (Barrens, Dreams of the Sphinx and Visit from Capuchin are some you can use) or cards that give xtra hand size elder library etc. Thats for starters, you can trim the rest down.

One thing that might be fun (and effective!) is to put in some Light Intensifying Goggles and Target Vitals, and a few Magic of the Smith to help get the goggles early, removing most of the Apportation, Form of the Ghost, and Quick Meld.
