i wouldn't say no to reducing it to a tourney-legal deck.

I would consider a combat package which had a mix of:
1) Blood Rage
2) Claws of the Dead
3) Form of Mist
4) Form of the Ghost
5) Taste of Vitae
(Since it seems you are after PRO-tha, instead of PRO-THA)
Second Round combat for THA is faff. Don't rely on it and ditch it fast.
The allies are wasting space.
The Reactions need to either heavily exploit Auspex, (mostly I'd say in terms of blocking rather than either flicking or reducing, but I can hear the howls of "Why no flick???" already) or basically vanish.
The Actions could be mostly stripped out and replaced with Nose of the Hound since it is gold for
not just because of stealth-rush but also for the built-in maneuver. I'd be tempted to keep the Rutor's Hands but they are expensive... you might be able to get away with using Dual Forms instead (once you tool someone up). Shadow of the Beast would be stronger than Mantle of the Beastial Majesty since enough copies would eliminate the need for Form of the Ghost.
The Masters should have removed:
Short-Term Investment
Secret Horde
Protracted Investment
Instability
Effective Management
Brothers Grimm
Consider adding:
Wider View x2
Wash x2 (to get rid of things like Secure Havens)
Powerbase: Montreal (as prey-bait)
The Rack (as prey-bait)
Blood Doll or Tribute to the Master (but I would lean towards Blood Dolls since you probably won't have 4+ minions).
Dreams of the Sphinx x2
1) Blood Rage
2) Claws of the Dead
3) Form of Mist
4) Form of the Ghost
5) Taste of Vitae

Taste isn't great there. BR + CotD = 1 ag = 0 blood lost. Even with THA and a Biothaum Exp, Taste would only net 2 blood.

so, reviewing my options for the crypt, i plan on replacing the following vampires: Beckett ADV, Hector Trelane, and Zayyat.
with one or more of the following: Fakir al Sidi, Mictlantecuhtli, Rutor, and William Thorbeck.
Hector is more of a liability than he's worth, and i'd prefer a solid high cap vampire over what i have currently.
