1) How do you intend to oust?
419 operation, backed by fame and smilling jack
2)How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Auspex bounce and intercept and 419 pool gain should be more than plenty defense.
3)What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
I need Massassi to do the heavy blocking and fighting, but Kisha can fill for her if she doesn't show up in the initial crypt draw, specially if she can get a No Secrets on her. A couple of weenies to put the 419's on play would also be cool, specially if I can get them for reduced price with Belonging grants protection.
4)What do you want your average turn to look like?
Put some 419's in play and pass the turn. Block any bleed my grand prey let slide past him with eagle's sight.

Five 419's in the 90 card deck means that you probably won't be doing much of "Put(ting) some 419's in play"... :/
Been tweaking Paul's 419 deck from EC and wondering if the foloowing would work with 419:
-Add some Storage Annexes to the deck so you can store the 419s
-Play low to midcaps and and use plenty of rushes
-Proceed to torporize prey's minions
-Now that you don't have to worry about 419s getting destroyed (mighty hard to bleed/gain edge from torpor) start playing those annexed 419s
-perhaps add Allies that burn torporized minions to hamper cross table rescues?

Taste of death? - Putting cards for ONE minion is not a good policy...
Same goes for selective silence.
Remove this 4 cards and add 2 psyches and 2 pursuits.
Belonging Grants Protection - ??? no good just remove. Now 88...
6 Veil the legions? Remove. Most decks will not be blocking the cel/guns/psyche. And you really don't need to have to take any actions. Just let them die with SJ. Now 82
Flamethrower? - 2 expensive... just remove it and put an ivory bow.
Just kick the 419 and put a Carlton (you don't have anything against daring the dawn) and one bamba for the numbers. Now 79.
Replace 1 sudden with 1 wash.
Add 1 smiling jack. Now 80
Add 1 Milicent smith. Now 81
Add 2 Delaying tactics. Now 83
Finally put some "table intercept". Like KRCG, Channel 10 or Rumor mill.
And off course... one Pentex. One less minion 2 block.
That's my 5 cents.

ok, a couple of points:
- You need 2 agg to burn a minion in combat. In this deck, this comes from two sources: the 2 Tastes of Death that Massasi can play and from the Flamethrower. I admit, that's not the focus of the deck, but it's nice to have the possibility to burn someone outright in combat, which ivory bow won't let me do ever in this deck.
- Belonging can be used as cheap minion acceleration for the weenies OR an untap for after a Massassi's rush. The card is not that strong per se, but it is versatile. In the other hand, I'm a little iffy with this card too, this might as well go to make room for more combat, for instance
- Veil the legions, in the other hand, stays. I only have 5 419, I don't have the luxury to have even one of them blocked, and I need the weenies to take the action so the big guys can stay untapped to defend them via Eagle's Sight. It can also help Kisha get a No Secret's (which she has 0 stealth to get) and/or hard equipping a weapon.

If you really want to be able to burn vampires, you can play decapitate or Amaranth.
Ivory Bow + Target vital work to burn IIRC (if the vampire have 0 or 1 blood).
Quietus card playable only by one vampire in x3 seem a good way to jam your hand.
I don't see them as problematic for my taste. It's significantly weaker than Scouting Mission or Enchant Kindred, but it's still good enough.
I would put 3x Veil, 3x Resist Earth Grasp. You can then go to +2 stealth, and Resist can give useful maneuver or press.

You need to put your opponent to exactly 0 for that, and then actually strike for 2 aggravated (or 1 aggravated + something else). So it will very rarely happen.- You need 2 agg to burn a minion in combat. In this deck, this comes from two sources: the 2 Tastes of Death that Massasi can play and from the Flamethrower.
