EDIT: I just realized that maybe i don't need the Minion Tap as i would need more some Blood Dolls or Vessels since i don't have that fatty vamps. What do you think? It's better keeping the Minion Taps or change them for Blood Dolls or Vessels?

Generally I would think like this: I need Minion Tap/Villein if I cannot handle a fast stealth-bleed-predator. If you think you can do that, go with Blood Dolls/Vessels, as they tend to be handy late game in a deck such as this, that will need blood on the vamps all the time.

Alexis Sorokin has no animalism at all, which is pretty bad for this deck, you really should switch her to Vasiliy Vasilevich, who is same cap, with superior animalism, and very strong specials. Also switch Paul Forrest to Anjalika Underwood. Finally, Gwen Brand would be just better as Marion French since you use no auspex.

I would also take out the fata amrias, taliths, mantle of the moon, and 1 or 2 chimerstry masters. Replace with some aid from bats which gives your combat a lot more teeth. Likewise, with as little presses as you have, Apparitions would likely be better as Armor of Vitality.
