Ok now this is a really silly deck that probably wont work at all, but anyway, I have always liked Outcast Mage, so here is a deck for them! Basic idea is to bring out Erichtho (and preferably some chump to deflect), tool her up with all kinds of cool stuff, charisma, rutors hand and ankara citadel are the most important things, and then start recruiting discount mages that will then bruise bleed with Erichtho puppeting them for extra bleed if they get through, or them throwing fireballs to vitals from high ground if they get blocked.

It can work, let me assure you.
Governs would make it better of course, but what this deck really needs is leeches.
Media location, unmasking and on the qui vives would be my choices to defend.

I tried something like that (with Leeches) some time back. Didn't really work, but I intend to revisit the idea at some point.

I used to play an OM Deck a while ago, it was quite fun and also quite effective. Ich did choose to defend myself with AUS weenies (Some Telepathic misdirection and My enemys enemy) and added Unmasking, anima gathering (!) and some phased motion sensors. I also added NRA PAC and FBI special affairs divison. Backflip is quite a notable combat card for those mages. On the que vive is also good

Feels like the kind of deck to aim for 75 cards on.
Its missing governs, eyes of argus, and possibly one of the suggestions like FBI, equipment and nra pac, leeches, etc.
Depends on meta. Seeing mages in Kevlar vests would be interesting. Or at least annoying to some players.

You could try up the ante by conducting some Biothaumaturgic Experiments on your Outcast Mages. I find it works well on Nephandus...
