Ive thoughtxon this, and war ghouls are really the only thing worth investin biothaums, anima gatherz, and kevlar vest into. They are hard to kill, and making them harder to kill or avoid dealing with is always good.
Maybe true of garou too, but mages might like high ground more.

You could try up the ante by conducting some Biothaumaturgic Experiments on your Outcast Mages. I find it works well on Nephandus...

One idea I had that could help against that is magic of the smithing sargon fragment and using compel the spirits to get the mages back that get killed in action.

Where's the unmasking?
Although you intend to bruise / bleed, unmasking is a powerful tool to set up a defensive barrier against more aggressive decks. I like the build so far, but I think 75 cards might be more interesting.
I think ponticulus is important as well. You should consider put at least one in this deck.
