Nothing is wrong with the Bum's maneuver except that if you are blocked, you will not have it.

Depending on meta, you might always always be blocked BR is just not a reliable source for maneuvers.

For other vampires I'm listening for suggestions - basic Julius is bishop, so out of anarch deck, Black Walace looks plain worce

What is wrong with Black Wallace? Why he is worse? He has superior POT DOM and obt for 6 cap. For me he is just perfect for this deck. Lord Vauxhall is also great but he is a 7 cap. Still better than second Julius. Especially with possibility to play multiple superior Govern the unaligned.
For maneuvers you can put in some slams and more darksteel.
As I wrote before there is too many masters.

Don't like the idea of less masters, as is I'm burning 4,5 cards per combat, so it must not be so pressing.

I agree with the other posters that there are too many masters and that you need a bigger variety of crypt cards. Defense is Also too low. I look forward to your after action report where you show us how wrong we are.

In my version of this deck I use far more govern than rush, the mole and more bounce.

Yea, Voxal is a good fit crypt-wise.

Of course, slam is a suitable manuever source, but its quite ironic that you are running a stealth diacipline for combat, and have a paradox of needing manuevers if the rush is blocked.

I think Monster would do good things for you (maybe Dabbler as well. Doez that trigger if you govern bleed and play Darksteel in conmbat? Although Dabbler may be pricey too now, who knows....) because multiacting is always better when you removed a blocker to do it
