So, to Timos point,
You avoid SCE with dogs. Pack some other good stuff to make it worth playing dogs.
Yes, your star blocks. Then what? Cel guns has greater damage potential as is. Blur is hot, even pursuit is strong given your blood spending.
Dont get me wrong, your plan isnt terrible (like horrific countenance every turn on q bleed of two would be) but bleeds of one arent as hot when yoi cant garuntee no blockers.
Cut in one Beatrice Tremble and one strike with conviction.
Make combat more nuts (prevent n press cards, pursuit, whatever)
Think on more deep song, maybe some tier or souls, and army of rats. Just because he fights doesnt make it bad to blees and do other pool damage.
Also, if you want tooly cards, lessons in the steel is funny here.
