Description:
Try to start Third. Preferred order: 3>2>4>5>1.
Discard EVERY turn regardless.
Cycle through at least 2 stealth cards for each action regardless.
Hand makeup should be (2 or 3 stealth, 2 Master/Event, 1 or 2 Spell, 1 ally )
Play for 5 pool vamps and for 6 pool ally cards, try to sit on the other 19, defend that with reqruited mummys and unmasking.
Cycle through crypt with management and transfers, make shure that there are 5 11Cap vamps before the 6th minion phase.

Steal (back) allies with Set's Curse.
Ruin ranged weapons (.44 magnum) with Conceal.
Prevent a weenee onslaught with Scourge of the Enochians(do not bring out Belle)

Turn 1: 80% chance of playing a master(Management/Fortschrift) or event.
Bring out preferably Ahmose first.

Turn 2-5: Play SOL1-4 at +3 stealth, reqruit 2 or 3 ally's for defense, play The Unmasking.
Transfer at least 6 crypt cards so you are at 8 before the sixth minion phase, this gives 80% chance at 5 11Cap.
Cycle for stealth.

Turn 6: Get to 8 crypt cards.
Play SOL 5 at wathever stealth it takes and call 5 mummys.

Turn 7-14: Try to play "In Memory of the two lands" and go on a rampage. Get Halim Bey out if necessary and pool allows.

You should be decked out and only packing mummy allies in your hand at the end.
Pool Expenses: 3 for Ahmose, 4 for tranfsers, 2 for Belle, 6 for allies (with or without charisma) = 15

With only 4 mummies that cost blood or pool I would drop Charisma. You need more card cycling tech, defense, and pool gain. Dreams of the Sphinx and Barrens come to mind for card cycling. You need to get a spell of life every turn and will be screwed without it. Since you can only play one per turn consider 1x Heart of Nizchetus for your second follow of set, should you get one.

Defense could be Dummy Corporation, Archon Investigation, Delaying Tactics, Carlton, or a few other things.

Pool gain can be blood doll (you can take extra blood from Halim or give him blood if needed for some reason), or just use Dreams for pool gain. Most likely you will need your transfers to decrypt for more minions in your uncontrolled region, so Dreams is really best for card flow.

The obfuscate skill cards are probably not as good as other things you could play, especially Opium Den. Also take out 1-2 Memory of the Two Lands. It is unique and is a "win more" card. Nice to have, but not critical. Consider Trap for your mummies to fight better. It only takes a couple copies to beat people up.

Diversify your crypt. The only duplicate you should risk is Halim because he makes mummies better. When you bring out a spell of life mummy it actually contests with your vampires by the same name, so beware of that.

Wider View.
You will want to be able to get rid of 'spare Snakes' in favour of having 4 or 5 11 Cap Mummies of the Inner Circle.

Fortschritt Library doesn't help since you only have 1 Gehenna card, so you may as well add more copies of The Unmasking instead of the Forschritt Library copies.

I wouldn't limit yourself to the 11 caps, since the only advantage of big vampires is their big life when they become mummies. I like the idea of contesting with them, but you'd have to judge your playgroup to know if there's any vampire that you can expect to see (or you fear so much if it does show up).

As much as it pains me to say it, I think you should consider your defense a little more. On the Qui Vive will help, even though it leaves your mummy tapped the following turn.

it's not tier1 concept but it won several tournaments. Good defence for this deck is adding deflections. Both Halim Bey and Black Lotus can play it. Also consider some big cap setites instead of 11 caps. It opens possibility to influence them out as vampires in times of need and difference in life when they become mummies doesn't matter in most games.
and if you want to play any combat cards, target vitals is much better for this deck than traps
