Fortschritt Library doesn't help since you only have 1 Gehenna card, so you may as well add more copies of The Unmasking instead of the Forschritt Library copies.

Thanks, I didn't notice

and if you want to play any combat cards, target vitals is much better for this deck than traps

I don't get this, with trap I get 3 rounds of combat (3*2=6) and with vitals I get +2 (4), both are played before I know if the opponent chooses to strike: combat ends.

Good defence for this deck is several deflections.

I've decided to go for intercept with mummy allies because this further powers up In Memory of the Two Lands.

I am worried about the big cost this brings.

the difference is that target vitals can be played to good effect with your vampires and allies before you have mummies from Spell of Life. At the time Spell of life hits the table it's usually game for you, so Trap is more like "winning more" card. But a game for this deck is decided earlier, when you have no big friends in bandages. And that's a time when target vitals is better than trap.

Yeah, the early game could be quite brutal for a deck like this. You're extremely vulnerable to rush combat, or anything that screws up the Setite early on - say, Ravnos lockdown. Not so much Banishment, due to the low-caps, although that could still slow you a turn or two.

A possibly unexpected weakness is Direct Intervention, or any similar card canceller. (Direct Intervention is one of the most popular, though.) You can only play one Spell of Life per turn (card text), and a cancelled card is still played. So even if you have Belle and Halim out, if Halim's Spell of Life gets cancelled, Belle can't play another this turn.

With the very slim stealth package in some versions (especially the 9 action modifiers version), you're potentially vulnerable to even moderate intercept walls. Weenie Auspex and similar grinders could be quite painful.
