Just for a change, I've decided to make a Tzimisce deck not designed to be a block/wall deck, but a rather more active one. And by active, I mean combat/bleeding.
Crypt [12 vampires] Capacity min: 1 max: 9 average: 5.83333
2x Stravinsky (9)
archbishop Tzimisce (group 2)
2x Little Tailor of Prague (8)
Tzimisce (group 2)
2x Caliban (6)
Tzimisce (group 2)
2x Corine Marcon (6)
Tzimisce (group 2)
1x Devin Bisley (5)
Tzimisce (group 2)
1x Lolita Houston (4)
Tzimisce (group 2)
1x Horatio (2)
Tzimisce (group 2)
1x Olga Triminov (1)
Pander (group 3)
Library [90 cards]
Action [10]
4x Deep Song
6x Fiendish Tongue
Action Modifier [10]
6x Changeling
4x Mind of the Wilds
Ally [4]
4x War Ghoul
Combat [22]
2x Bloodform
4x Breath of the Dragon
4x Carrion Crows
6x Chiropteran Marauder
2x Inner Essence
4x Meld with the Land
Equipment [4]
1x Bowl of Convergence
1x Femur of Toomler
2x Living Manse
Master [11]
6x Blood Doll
1x Hungry Coyote, The
1x Library Hunting Ground
1x Pentex(TM) Subversion
2x Perfectionist
Reaction [22]
4x Eyes of Argus
2x My Enemy's Enemy
4x On the Qui Vive
2x Read the Winds
4x Telepathic Counter
6x Telepathic Misdirection
Retainer [7]
2x Corpse Balloon
1x Owl Companion
4x Revenant
Two larger vamps are here because of their +1 bleed rule and there are lots of bleed actions/modifiers in the deck.
However, while bleeding and going forward is nice, I've not entirely neglected the blocking aspect - hence 10 wakes and some mild intercept, especially in the form of Revenants. Revenants are also here because I'm fed up of not using at least some of my Warghouls (whether they do have a place in this deck or not is up to you).
Several notes on card quantities: this deck is made up by cards that I do own. Should it be needed, I can borrow just about any card there is, but for now, there are only 4 Deep Songs in it, as well as only 4 Eyes of Argus and 0 Jake Washingtons.
And, of course, if this was a tournament deck, all Blood Dolls would be Vessels.

I had somewhat similar deck for quite awhile, although with far less permanents. As for what you have here, Femur would likely be better as Ivory Bow, I would likely also change bloodforms and inner essences to plasmic forms and canine hordes respectively, and telepathic counters to enhanced senses. Also corpse balloons would likely be better as abbots, and living manses as Tasha and Simmons, and likely one revenant as Winthrop. Finally I would change Hungry Coyote to another Perfectionist.

What you need to do if people are overplaying Vessel is to start playing Villein, and laughing at them for being bad players for paying 1 pool for a Blood Doll that they can't even use until their next turn, Seriously, laugh out loud at them. Make sure that 1 pool becomes painful for them to pay. Make VERY SURE that you let them know about the 1 (or more) pool that they spent on Vessel later in the game when they lose a minion to torpor because they had to block a bleed of 1.
Then they can go back to playing Blood Doll, like they should have been in the first place. And then, so can you.

See, this is why Vessel is pretty bad. People start playing it, blowing up other people's Blood Dolls, and then it's OMFG BLOOD DOLL IS UNPLAYABLE!!!111!!!!And, of course, if this was a tournament deck, all Blood Dolls would be Vessels.

How about a permanent bleed module instead of all those intercept retainers?

Huh, not a bad idea...I'll replace 2 Corpse Baloons with 2 Bleed Retiners. How about a permanent bleed module instead of all those intercept retainers?
You know, as much as I hate Vessels for hosing Blood Dolls (they should have been as they are now, but without the BD crippling), I hate Villeins just as much for hosing Minion Taps. While I do wholeheartedly agree with you, using one badly designed card in order to teach all those players playing with another badly designed card their lesson is quite hypocritical, isn't it?What you need to do if people are overplaying Vessel is to start playing Villein
