they look cool, but I really like the idea of the Nagaraja being a clan that you NEVER really see in a deck only by themselves.

After the giant debates that have occurred around MMPA decks "destroying" the game... why would you suggest a MIDCAP with the ability to give additional MPAs.

but... she has -1 bleed...
Even still.: she should still have only basic dominate, and perhaps one more capacity.
I would even suggest making the additional master phase action cost two blood from her. She could just "Summon Soul" every turn...
Additional master phases have been around since Jyhad. That is not the problem with that vampire.
Independent Futurist. Contrarian (titled, X votes where X is the number of votes as the acting minion.) Target Vitals is always the better combat card.

Direwolf,
Continuing the trend of offering fairly cheap vampires with +MPAs is just like saying 'every discipline needs the tools available to Dominate for the same price or less'. It's dense. +MPAs on a 6cap is a problem. All of the others are 8+ cap.
I can think of a long list of alternative Nagaraja-relevant sorts of abilities that would not require you to give a vampire +MPAs.
1) Gain blood by killing allies.
2) Draw a card by killing a non-mortal ally.
3) Recycle ashheap cards.
4) Built-in Revelations.
5) Built in Compel the Spirit (from any ashheap).
6) Built-in Ex Nihilo (with an option to hunt from Allies).
7) Necromancy Cards cost this vampire 1 less blood.
8) May recruit wraith and zombie allies/retainers as if they met requirements for not extra cost.
9) Burn an ally of yours to gain +hand size for a turn or permanently.

Isanwayen is a 6-cap (which doesn't mean there is no problem).Direwolf,

Isanwayen requires a TAP, it's a 6-pool Parthenon with disciplines.
