Card milling is one of the worst mechanics, and I'm sick of just reading your ideas about it.

you are free to argue explain why/what you dont like about it... pro/cons to the concept... if can write respectful about it....

For starters, there are a lot of deck compositions (that are in different way affected by milling), and deck milling is not really helping you to oust in any meaningful way.

So it's random, non-interactive mechanic that most of the time does nothing except wasting everyone time. And i really like HoS, so screwing them with this poorly thought mechanic is infuriating.

You can win 45 pool with just one action that is not unique while ousting multiple persons ( 36 if you dont count the 9 you lose ).
Im open minded about milling techs, but keep it simple.
Take a look at Lupine Assault and constant revolution the two "global" milling cards.

You can make a milling version of "Contagion", while this HoS is ready, each other methuselah burn the top card from the library.

You can make a card to do a direct action to look at the top X cards in someone deck and rearrange.

You can make a card to discard someone hand at your next untap if your vampire are still ready.
