I think it is fine. The majority of your audience are non-native speakers.

3) General. I know that english in beta survey is poor. This is not fortunate that marketing guys are not native speakers. We will have to deal with it anyhow.

Thank you very much for your first sugestions! It is really helpfull.
I will not comment each sugestion, I used them according to my knowledge and marketing intensions (sorry I dont care for gender at the moment:).
I have updated survey structure in the first post, but there is still a time to make other updates
One question was changed.
I think that there is a chance that the survey will be infact also a kind of promotion material - it will inform players that we are alive and doing something
If any NC will be interested in survey translation - it is possible. It will be very important to get with this survey to as many players as possible even less active ones. Paper version will be possible. It will be coordinated later with NCs.

Is this overly broad grouping likely to be more useful than "Other "? Also, lots of people I know here object to being lumped into some sort of mythical "Africa" country, and will skip completing the survey because of this.

I think it's more meaningful to know how much people buy of a set. Someone who always buys two boxes of boosters will buy two if there's one set and four if there are two sets in a year.
Though, I can see where multiple sets in a year has the effect of cannibalizing sales of each other.
Also likely to be affected by number of releases in a year. Back when I bought singles, I would usually buy them more often after a release.
Why are you lumping 60 card sets in with a set like HttB, that's 168 new cards?
Isn't a 100-200 (booster) card set obviously a medium-sized set?
Where does a 175 (new) card set, like Lords of the Night, fit, if not medium-sized? Anarchs at 128? Black Hand at 145? Etc.
