When it comes to cards, you can look at most necromancy, serpentis, chimestry and quietus card and you get cards that are overcosted by 1 or 2 blood. Same can be said about vic and obt.

It's kind of funny that the bloodlines are better than the independents. Not sure who asked for it but we got it.

Because bloodlines don't have path. With path, many cards are overcosted by 1 "because they have path, duh". Bloodlines often have better crypt and better clan cards.

That list is quite longer than 20. I was targeting things that weren't good, but were almost good.
In fact, its easier to make a list of playable cards than listing the unplayable ones......
