Minimum number of players for a rated tournament

The problem is that the upload says that at least 5 players are needed although technically 4 are sufficient for a tournament.

What exactly are you going to do?
Your tournament had 4 participants, and it has been decided that a tournament – in order to be rated – needs at least 5 players.

To me this looks more like a suggestion than a decision but ok.

But wether it gets rated or not, I still need to upload an archon ir make some kind of report about the tournament.
