I moved the lines away from VEKN.NET (fixed spelling
) and touched up some spots. I think this will be my final template. Thanks for everyone's help and input. Here is a small clip of the final and a clip of the actual size.

Which printer did you choose, or did you choose a local one?

Order sent. Will post picture when the mat comes in.

Soft Top Fabric Ad Mats (12"x18") that would work well:
www.custommousepad.com/oversize-mouse-pads.html
Here's a company that will do one-off's:
www.inkedplaymats.com/collections/playmats
www.inkedplaymats.com/pages/bulk-wholesale
(US$20 for a one off, US$300 for 25 copies of the same design)
Some more one off's:
www.bonanza.com/listings/Custom-Playmat-Magic-the-Gathering-MTG-WOW-Yugioh-Pokemon-You-provide-image/92835241
(US$15 each, 10% off for larger orders)

For the first one, I went all out to get an authentic CCG playmat. It is 24"x14" like any other standard playmat. The company I went through was Erolj.com. The link to the custom playmat is below.

Interesting choice.
I'd skipped them in the original link set because their price was 50+% higher than their competitors. ($30-50 vs. $20 or less)

With no tax or shipping, the $30 is comparable to $25 bucks and 5-10 shipping. Will see how it turns out.
