Finally some (still shady) good news. Thumbs up Johannes.
Regarding the new set/expansion, I agree with Walt. PDF's cards and when the others are printed the pdf's will loose the legal status. Unless you foresee that the new expansion will be ready in a couple of months.
BTW will be a good strategy to re-issue the last core sets like Kot or 3rd to guarantee availability.

Can I still write a letter to Santa Claus? It is very important for the fan base to not engage any of the licensing parties through e-mails, petitions or social media

(lose, not loose ? I may be wrong, my english is a bit shaky)
I believe that waiting 3-6 additional month for the chance of having them printed directly is worth it, if completely agonizing. I long to know what exactly this foreign-soundind black hand vampire do (private joke destinated to Ankha)

I'd rather not have the PDF released at all before a deal is reached. Better to preserve the excitement for printed cards.

I'd rather have the cards in PDF then replace them with "real" cards (with maybe some extra cards).
This would mean that any mistake could be corrected in the "real" version (if any).

And if no deal is reached or if it takes 2 years?I'd rather not have the PDF released at all before a deal is reached. Better to preserve the excitement for printed cards.
