As a specialty volunteer, what are your measurable goals? When are your deadlines? How will the players evaluate your effort compared to volunteers in the past?

In my case the situation is simple My measurable goal is number of new players.
Of course there is one important issue - without new sources of printing cards my goal will be quite limited. However some things can be done even now. My first task will be connected with marketing research and data gathering. Next will be creating simple tools to teach new players VTES.
