I've played against it less than a dozen times though.

I've never played at a table where a Girls deck won.How often does it actually win?

What about it? The point is how the master bloat and these ++MPA decks change the game. Can you oust a deck that bloats for 10-20 in a master phase with some reasonable toolbox deck? Or an ordinary non-parity shift vote deck? How about wall decks? C'mon.
The problem with masters is that they are non-interactive save for the few master cancels that won't help against the +MPA decks anyway.
Whatever, I too can play stealth bleed, the most tired, boring deck in the game.

The point I was trying to make is to move beyond the anecdotes. How often does it actually win?

I took a look at Daclau, and she's featured in 14 girls decks in 2010 and 2011, compared to 11 decks with Isabel Giovanni.

Nothing is falling, we just got boring games and disappointed players.
Correction - you got it, we don't have enough villeins here.

We know what the problem is if it exists. In a year or so we should have enough data to know if the problem exists. In the meanwhile, I am content with discussing V:TES theory.

Wouldn't a better way to go about this be to first look at whether Girls and similar decks are a problem to competitive and/or casual play?
How often does the deck show up at tournaments?
When it shows up, how often does it win?
If the deck (and similar decks) got a much higher win ratio than other decks, then maybe we could look into why it wins, but trying to figure out the solution before figuring out the problem seems a little silly to me.
