Good day, I have a doubt about what happens when minions change control and the other player is ousted.

If Player A plays Restructure on superior on one of my Allies and he takes control of it but later Player A is ousted would the Ally return under my control or will be burned?

All of the cards controlled by the ousted Methuselah are removed from the game.

So the ally will not return to your control, nor will it return to your ash heap.

If you are ousted, all the cards you control are removed from the game. Any of your opponents' cards you control are returned to them at the end of the game.
