Notice you can steal all but one blood, and bleed instead of hunting with daring+freak.
I'd like to confirm that you can steal more blood than the amount lacking on another vampire (removing excess blood). Is that correct, right?

Rulebook, page 7:
A vampire cannot have more blood than their capacity; if an effect puts more blood on them than their capacity allows, the excess is always moved to the blood bank immediately.

You can indeed move 11 blood from arika to smudge and smudge will vomit everything but in term of game mechanic it is basically trashing all the blood from arika to the blood bank. (and it is allowed)
