Hello Dear kindred,
my question on the Card Deep Song (Superior):
What does Frenzy mean on this Card? Has it any effect or restriction?
I havent found anything on the Rules or here in this forum.
Is Frenzy a Keyword?
cheers and thanks

It is a keyword, just look for "Frenzy" on vdb.im to see how it interacts with other cards using it. Note that not only library cards use it, but also crypt cards.

Correct, it's just a label. Some vampires can't have Frenzy cards played on them for instance.

I have a 3 more questions:
Action Modifier:
1. I have heard that a Bleed Action can only be modified once.
So i cant play Bonding and Conditioning on the same Action. Correct?
But with different minions i could.
I havent read this in the rules. Or have i missed it?
Are there more exceptions?
2. If an action is successful (after all blocks are failed) can i play a Action Modifier directly before resolving the Action?
3. Is decline a block and failed block the same?
i.e. to Play Deflection.
If i try to block and raise my intercept +1 my pred increase stealth +2. I declare the block is failed. Can i then play Deflection?
Thx for helping.

1. Correct, you cannot play two (limited) bleed modifiers. There's no way to play bleed modifiers with multiple minions on the same action (under normal circumstances). Only the acting minion can modify the action.
2. An action is not necessarily successful just because there are no blockers. A bleed can be bounced (e.g. with Deflection), and the next target could block it. But you *can* play modifiers after blocks are declined or are unsuccessful - which I suspect is what you were wondering.
3. Yes, they are essentially the same. You never "stop" blocking - you just decline to increase intercept further to make it succeed. Note that some other player could force you to gain intercept, causing you to succeed even though you didn't want or intend to.

To be clear on 2, this is a common sequence:
A bleeds.
B attempts to block.
A modifies for +stealth.
B declines to block.
A modifies for +bleed.
B plays Deflection.
C is now being bled for lots, with stealth.
