Non VTES ban ruling question?

Just to note, this is in direct conflict with Layer 5 answer, and not a definitive answer.
Note that real infraction for a location is not the same as for VTES infractions, thus it does not fall under same Code of Ethics.
As we know location can ban anyone regardless on wrong doing, be it real or false, see example in Layer 3.
The issue is, venues can ban, should we as Princes, NCs, Organizers avoid such locations or not, and why, as currently there are no sanction.
For www.vekn.net/forum/europe/82828-announcement-of-10-consecutive-tournaments-in-belgrade, as this is used as an example, i see no clear case.
Location is private, so selection is on the location owner who can enter, he can state any infraction real or false, but to whom?
To players that wish to come in or Prince, NC?
Deliberately banning for not allowing to play is hard to prove, as infractions can be any from the following list:
- To loud,
- Stealing,
- Assault,
- Smells Bad,
- Cant read,
- Insulted the Owner,
- Owns money
I think this is list is not insulting, so am going with it to end there.
But "Insulting the Owner" is one hard to prove and i think one that can be abused more.

and just to add here for you again,
if venues can be found/determined (subjective issue here) to be deliberately banning a player just so they cannot play rather than a real infraction, that would likely be unethical.

Is or was there a problem in the past or what reason made you raise this subject? I never heard of a case where the owner of a venue told a player that them are not allowed to play.

The issue was reported on discord as am aware, i was not part of that discussion, cant give full info on what was reported.
In short a location have a ban on player for assault , but not on instigator as he was verbal abusing him prior to he incident.
Organizer wishes to exclusively organize an event at that location, Prince did state to change to location, and was met with a hard no.
I can go in details, i think there are not for Forum, we can do an offline chat.
