Is a Minion card also played implcetly by the methuselah?

With the release of "Backroom Deal" I fell into a thought experiment that led me to the titled question.
Requires a ready primogen. Only one Backroom Deal can be played each action.
[ACTION MODIFIER]
+1 stealth.
[ACTION MODIFIER]
Only usable by a ready primogen other than the acting Camarilla vampire. The acting Camarilla vampire gets +1 stealth.
following scenario:
You control Victor Gerard (or Vidal Or Mata Hari )
Anarch: You and Victor can play cards requiring a Camarilla vampire as if Victor were a Camarilla vampire. While Victor is a Baron, you and Victor can play cards requiring a Prince as if Victor were a Prince.
Backroom Deal is a card requiring a Primogen, therefore implicitly requreing a Camarilla Vampire. [LSJ 20050128]
Can another Primogen you control, play "Backroom Deals" to while Victor Gerard is acting, to give him +1 Stealth?
While on the first glance it seems like a clear "no", since the rolebook clearly says:
BUT
there are several cards that refer to minion cards played by "you", either implicitly, or excplicitly:
Master: unique location. Requires a ready Laibon.
Lock this location to reduce the cost of a card you play by 1 pool (this location is not locked if that card is canceled as it is played). Any Laibon may steal this location for his or her controller as a Ⓓ action.
Powerbase Tshwane always has been used to discount the Pool cost of Minion cards, like allies, despit it saysing "cards you play"
Unique location.
If you have the Edge, you can lock this card to reduce the cost of a card you play by 2 pool or blood. Vampires can steal this location as a Ⓓ action; Ventrue get +1 stealth during that action.
The same with "The Shard", but here even Blood costs are discounted, but sicne they are no Mater Cards that cost blood, it must mean that "you" play minion cards that can be discounted by 2 blood.
Only usable during the polling step of a political action.
[Auspex]
Cancel the referendum. If you played a political action card to call this referendum, return it to its owner's hand (discard down afterward).
[Superior Auspex]
Force a vampire to abstain (this can cancel their votes and ballots).
Here its even more explicit: "If you played a political action card" "you" is the playing methuselah, and "political action card" is a minion card.
So if we assume these as default behaviour of the game, that a card played by your minions is implicitly played by "you", the methuselah, that would mean, a Backroom Deals played by a primogen is also played by "you" and you should/could be able to use Victors special to play it "as if here where a camarilla vampire" and therefore give him stealth, as the card now sees him as camarilla.

There should be more than one source for this:
ANK 20201028
ANK 20190228
LSJ 20101013
Best to look at Vlad Tepes on VDB.im

Vlad does not allow "You" to play and use cards as of he where any sect or title.
None of these rulings cover what I am asking, thea are all about somevampire playing a card themsevles and choosing themselves.

Powerbase: Tshwane
Shard of London
Victor Gerard
TLDR, count Victor Gerard as a Camarilla vampire for playing cards on him that target Camarilla vampires.
Warning: Spoiler!
Can be locked to reduce the cost at any point before resolution, from when the action is announced to just before the cost is paid. If it is used when announcing an action, and the action is cancelled as played (e.g.
Direct Intervention
), it is not locked.
[ANK 20230620]
[ANK 20170605]
[LSJ 20090705]
Can reduce the cost of an action card even if it is not played as an action (e.g. a weapon played with
Concealed Weapon
or an Ally with
Piper
). [ANK 20230824][RTR 20070707]
Allows to play a card that could otherwise not be afforded, in which case, it must be locked when the action is announced.

Shard of London
Warning: Spoiler!
The cost reduction applies to minion cards, they are also played by the Methuselah. [ANK 20221102]
Can allow allies to play cards that otherwise cost blood (eg.
Procurer
), if they do not otherwise require a vampire (eg. clan or discipline). [ANK 20230721]

Victor Gerard
Warning: Spoiler!
When meeting a title requirement for a political action, the vampire does not get the title's votes for the subsequent referendum. [ANK 20231221]
Can meet a sect-specific title (e.g. Justicar) requirement even if the sect does not exist anymore (eg.
Fall of the Camarilla
). [ANK 20230503][LSJ 20050124]
The ability ability cannot be used to fulfill card requirements if they are not played normally, like when using
Concealed Weapon
for an equipment or
Piper
or
Summoning, The
for an ally. [LSJ 20050119]
When meeting a requirement to play a card, the vampire is treated as such for all the effects of that card, and only that card, including duration effects. The vampire is not treated as meeting the requirements for effects the card has from being in play. For example, playing
Toreador Grand Ball
as a Toreador: if chosen as the locked Toreador, they unlock as normal, if chosen as the other, they do not benefit from being unblockable.
