This seem to not have worked for several titles, though this are very small number of vampires affected:
Regent (Melinda Galbraith)
Inner Circle (Al-Ashrad)
Justicar (Tegyrius)
Cardinal (Sascha Vykos)
Also Imperator is not a searchable trait, probably because only merged Karsh has the title.

a Suggestion on how to display titles only when merged:
Something along the liens of (Pc) or M: Pc
This could clutter the line though for vampires that have a title, but get a different one on merging. (Masika for example))

As for including it in result, I'll think about it, but really it's very rare case someone aim for title after merge when searching for cards, so probably it doesn't worth it (and as a nice side-effect it's written in card text).

Is an IOS app in the works for this?  I like the tool, but using a website on a mobile device has always seemed clunky. 

No, and there are no plans for mobile apps.
But I often use it on mobile and try to optimize every feature to be usable on mobile with modern big screen (mobile version is very different, give it a try if you haven't already).

Another update:
- Add clan filter for Deck Selection window ("goggles" icon)
- Add draw chances in open hand for card-types in library
- Add "Missing Cards" window for Inventory
- Add import from Lackey .dek format (I don't use Lackey so cannot extensively test it, please report bugs if you find it)
- Moved Navigation bar to bottom on mobile
- Move inventory-mode switch to burger menu in Navigation bar on mobile

Print On Demand set is not up to date (and I dont even mean the newly released Ravnos cards )
at least Direct Intervention is missing.

It would be great to have this liste up to date on VDB, as your tool is way better for browsing cards then the "official" list, wich is only a CSV/spreadsheet.
