Two suggestions, one is to limit number of blood (3 or 4, like hospitality was nerfed), second is to prevent people from using it on vampire in torpor (as it don't make sense lore-wise and damage the gameplay).

I think that if it was created today it would not be done the same way, it would at least have the limitation to only ready vampires or some other restriction. But there is also a value in having as little errata as possible so I don't think any change is worth it.

CON

Not particularly overpowered, tremendously retarded. Seeing such a huge swing at completely random in practically every game is just terrible. I see no redeeming qualities for this card.
