I can actually see a quite amusing twist to the deck where you utilise more Mask of 1000 Faces with Wynn.

Chump takes disciplineless action (or any action Wynn can also take) then when it looks like it will get blocked you drop Mask of 1,000 Faces, do the combat and then play Freak Drive at :FOR: for the untap... and potentially repeat.

It also gives you basically quasi-rush on your prey because of the Masks. If they don't block then the weenies get through. If they do, then Wynn must SMASH.

That's precisely what Mask is for. I always play it after saying "okay you blocked, but it was really..." But I think it's slightly better for Basilia, since Wynn doesn't need any help getting into combat. You should SEE the look on your prey's face when they realize what is about to happen! :D

The downside is that the first time in a turn you mask a bleed, then freak, you can't mask another weenie's bleed.

I think that if your goal is to turn the blood on Wynn into more vampires, and then put more blood on Wynn, you should really cut down on the number of cards that take blood off Wynn and replace them with cards that add blood to Wynn. Otherwise, you're basically working against your own plan.

-2 Blood Doll
-1 Clotho's Gift
-1 Preternatural Strength
-1 Ritual Challenge
-1 Elemental Stoicism (not because it costs blood, obviously, but because you should be running more actual damage prevention than you've got)
-1 Villein
-1 Murder of Crows
-2 Raven Spy

Delaying Tactics are too good to take out, but make sure Wynn doesn't play them.

+1 Giant's Blood
+1 Coven (helps other peoples' vampires, but you're planning to Taste from them anyway)
+2 Perfectionist (to draw one early)
+1 Carver's Meat Packing
+as many more Tastes and damage prevention (particularly Indomitability/Hidden Strength) as you can fit

Overall, I think this is too toolboxy and master-heavy for what you're trying to achieve. Ideally, you're playing a rush deck that's only going to pay 10 pool for vampires; trying to also block stuff is just going to screw up your cardflow. Very interesting deck, though, and I think it could work with some honing. Let us know how it goes if you actually end up playing it.

Juggernaut: I think 6 Masks are too many; they'll just stop blocking after the first one, and you can't mask a bleed more than once a turn.

I've taken Kushiel's advice to heart and modified the deck a little. Not sure if it's significantly better but here is what it looks like:
