I saw very few voters during the LCQ.
I only saw 12 other player's decks though.
For events of 100+ players, there are pods of 25 players that are run as mini-tournaments within the Archon, so you'll never see anything beyond your tiny piece of the world.
I only played against 1 player that ended up in the top 20 for that day (if memory serves).
