I'd be highly tempted to find a space for Frondator. Her cheap rescue text makes her valuable in your "Torpor Yo-yo" technique.
I'd probably pull the Depravity and Giant's Blood in favour of 2x Wash.
I'd drop the Deflections to 10 and put in 2x Nephandus.
Otherwise, I really like this. Combat smackdown.

I'm so gonna copy this deck and make an European Version of it (82 cards or less, more focused combat package, switch a few Masters, use Nephandus, use a couple of cool actions like Abbot and Defender of the Haven, etc.)
/*Same crypt*/
82 Cards:
Master (13)
2 Blood Doll
3 Fame
1 Giant's Blood
2 Guardian Angel
1 Pentex(TM) Subversion
1 University Hunting Ground Tremere antitribu
3 Vessel
/*Keeps the spirit of your original idea*/
Action (16)
2 Abbot
1 Ambush
1 Bum's Rush
1 Charge of the Buffalo Spiritus, Fortitude
2 Defender of the Haven Tremere/Tremere antitribu
3 Dive Bomb Flight
2 Heroic Might Potence
2 Preternatural Strength Potence
2 Rumble
/*Added a few tricks. Dive Bomb is really strong here.
The idea is to go forward and still be able to block actions backward.*/
Ally (2)
2 Nephandus (Mage) Tremere antitribu
Action Modifier (12)
4 As the Crow Flight
3 Conditioning Dominate
5 Freak Drive Fortitude
Reaction (16)
7 Deflection Dominate
2 Delaying Tactics
2 Forced Awakening
3 On the Qui Vive
2 Wake with Evening's Freshness
/*Typical european package. Always able to wake and block. Once Chaundice has permaStrength and permaCept...*/
Combat (23)
4 Brick by Brick Visceratika, Thaumaturgy
5 Disarm Potence
4 Hidden Strength Fortitude
8 Immortal Grapple Potence
2 Indomitability Fortitude
/*With Chaundice's special, all you really need 90% of the time is a grapple and Disarm. Other stuff are there to help.
Might be smart to use Pulled Fangs, but what to take out?
*/

A Roll in hand beats every Aid from Bats for the rest of the game....
Definitely swap one or more in.
Biothaumaturgic Experiment is also excellent.

Agree with the Roll. Would swap it with one of the Brick by Brick, but Bio Experiment? Chaundice doesn't have
.
In fact, only Antonio does.

Exactly.
Antonio takes the action to put BE on Chaundice.
Do you block and fight Chaundice in the resulting slave rule combat?
Or do you let it go and hope that Chaundice will wander towards the other side of the table?
I wouldn't put in 4, but one seems entertaining.
