Sup. Outside the Hourglass (+inf. Outside the Hourglass) + Disarm. Covers maneuvers to long, S:CE, Skin of Steel and most hitback. Inferior OtH can be substituted with Majesty at the cost of some consistency.

You can't play Disarm at long range, even if you dealt damage at a moment the range was long. So it doesn't work against maneuvers to long (unless you maneuver back to close of course, is it what you meant?). It works against the rest.
