princes and corpses was created by D-dennis
Deck Name: princes and corpses
Author: D-
Description: Start with a prince or Dmitra and try to look like a harmless lawfirm. Then bring it on with Angel and spawn a new corpse every turn.
This is still the first version of the deck. I just wanted to see if the trick - Angel + Reanimated Corpse + a lawfirm to fill Angel - would work. In the casual games I have played it, it did ok but I ran out of cards in every game.
The idea came from a poor attempt of building a lawfirm-with-something-special. I got bored running around the ventrue store and started looking outside.

How do you intend to oust?
Bleeds for two with reanimated corpses and the occasional Parity Shift.
How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Second Tradition, Deflection, Majesty
What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
Angel, 2 to 3 reanimated corpses, 2 princes/dmitra
What do you want your average turn to look like?
Recruit a corpse, fill angel with Fifth tradition or Dmitra
What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
A bit of everything.
What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
I ran out of cards on every occasion I played the deck, but not after getting 2 vps. I think it could use a bit more ousting power from the princes part. I could add some govern/conditioning, but then I would sacrifice dmitra from the crypt.
Any feedback is welcome, here or in #vtes

Charisma
instead of (or in addition) to Fortitude to make those Corpses last a little longer?
Pulled Fangs for those that block your Corpses only able to do hands-for-1?

I would replace the Fourth Traditions with Governs: it is not worth losing the bleed effect just for a single copy of Dmitra.

If Angel gets stolen you're in a tight spot. You could add spontaneous power to give someone else thn as a backup

In the current environment which has lots of aggravated damage, in a Reanimated Corpse deck where your vampires can play
, I think that Armor of Vitality is far superior to Soak.

How do you know that ?
Apart from that, I agree wholeheartedly, since Armor tend to perform very well even against non-aggravated damage. Especially since corpse can't play sup' soak and princes can use Majesty.
Don't you fear that Angel get blocked ?
