I agree that Ashur Tablets can be useful in all manner of decks. If I had 6 of them, I would put 6 in every deck of mine and force myself to get down to 60 cards so they'd show up frequently enough to beat MMPA decks in the Tablet race.
Now for this particular deck, I don't think I'd splash 3 of them since you're unlikely to use them at 90 cards. But, get it down to 72 cards with 6 Ashur Tablets and you're looking at a decent chance of using them to good effect.
When you are anvil, be patient; when a hammer, strike.

Why _ever_ play Ashur Tablet when you don´t have multiple master phase actions?
Because of the cool effect that's really helpful in decks that consume lots of cards?
Ashurs are usable in non MMPA decks, but they are not as broken in them. Also, you really have to think twice about your master selection. Adding three or four Ashur Tablets in there might be a cool idea to try out, and it could make the deck better. It's also easy to cycle through leftovers if the crucial ones are washed, thanks to Nehemiah's ability.
Think outside the box. The card's not singled out for just MMPA decks.

I will mention though, that if you put several copies of Nana Buruku in here, along with Lilith's Blessing and appropriate skill cards, you can easily make this an ANI/POT/PRE/SER Deep Song/Typhonic Beast bruise/bleed deck.

My point is that you very seldom win the "Ashur Tablet-race" without MMPA:s against decks which has tablets and MMPA:s. It´s just plain stupid to try. But of course it depends on your meta - if nobody plays MMPA-Ashurs, go ahead.Think outside the box. The card's not singled out for just MMPA decks.
