). Banish a Cybele, no two master phase actions anymore. Or no Deflections with a banished Aksinya. No rushes from the combat machine. Or defensively no triggered Fame if you banish before. I think it's a very good card.

Seconded. I would even add two more Banishments. It really changes games. With vote push (like Power Structure or Powerbase: Madrid) you will win the referendum and send another vampire with a title to uncontrolled. That can mean vote lock for you and a free reign. I lost an endgame with a very good position to that card. Especially with all the Villeins around you very much hurt people sending their empty vampires away (never to come back after two KRCsDon't write off banishment so soon. It is good to play at least one to get rid of Great Beast, Anson, or whatever dude you really don't want at the table.

In my playgroup are decks more defensive compared to the others which could be seen on web I would say. So amount of stealth cards I play are working for me really well. OBT combat is... surprising and funny, that is true, but quite bad and for regular playing in one playgroup absolutely useless. To make it work you need so many conditions like close range, none potence, none celerity, none SCE, vote majority etc. In additional mix of Disarm/Entom would be better. And if is not opposing vampire burned, two for two bloods (for rescue) is not fair trade for hungry Lasombra.
Well, on the first view you are quite right. It really looks like Ventrue without parity. So why to play this deck? Sabbat politics are rare to see (at least in my playgroup) so Privat Audience is one of the key card. I am voting alone and captivating for full nearby always. Well played Fear of Mekhet says I reign and you miss big vampire. Power Structure is not a location. Moncada says I could save some spots instead of wakes. Gratiano. In additional I love them.

One additional Golconda could be added. Actually I really like this card in my deck. But for 2 I will have to add at least one Villein. I am playing this card on my own vamps in case they run out of blood or are somehow crippled mostly. But I am really satisfied with count of my master cards. None handjam and nearby none blank round. So at this point I would change them for others only. Monastery of Shadows is cool, but it is 5 pools in total with Elysian Fields for 2 perma stealth and +1 handsize... I don't have pool issues, but still it is a bit too much I think.I would add 2x Colgonda for offense/bloat/damage control purposes and one Monastery of Shadows to give you more permanent stealth. I find 20 masters is good for these decks that don't cycle a ton of cards every action, and the added power just helps.
I'd have less stealth, say something like 4x Shadow Play, 4x Shroud of Absence, 2x Perfect Paragon, and instead of SCE:, have a module of Entombments and Amaranths and a few Arms of the Abyss
A small module of these, having too much will not work, let's say something like 6x AoA, 4x Entombment, 2x Amaranth.

So you would have two stealth locations, mostly actions that start with stealth, still capacity to stealth high and a combat threat that keep your opponents guessing and makes your deck different than an Obfuscate Ventrue deck without Parity Shift.
I'd maybe have more Deflections, like 8, since bounce gives you time you often need.

Zaire River Ferry, Reinforcements, Secure Haven and few wakes. Power Structure and Powerbase Madrid for sure.
P.S. Banishment is a fabulous too.
