Hi,
I have recently come across Inceptor and have been thinking of strange ways to make use of it in a deck. I went ahead and picked Obeah mostly because I think it would be a fun way to sidestep the Salubri's scarce penalty while getting a few laughs in the process. Having said that, I'm not really sure what a weenie Obeah would look like. This is what I've come up with so far but I'm fairly certain that their better ways to exploit this discipline.
In the meantime, here's my deck at 62 cards:

How do you intend to oust?
Possibly swarm with 3-4 vamps bleeding for 2-3 each via tap/bleed provided by spirit marionette. Heidelberg Castle will help move the bleed retainers/equipment around to boost bleed.
How do you intend to survive?
Average crypt cost is very low. Villein/Vessel bloat with Blanche Hill's special + Renewed Vigor. Peacemaker/Deflection offer some protection against rush and bleed. Will most likely die to politics and dedicated rush.
What does your ready region look like?
Blanche Hill, 1-2 !Tremere and/or 1-2 1-caps. Anywhere between 3-5 vamps.
What does a typical turn look like?
The deck is a stealth and tap/bleed at heart. Inceptor should have marionette, gift of sleep and penitent resilience. Play Infernal Pact on a small !tremere and bleed forward.

Both Inceptor and Infernal Pact are unique, so your maximum number of minions with Obeah is 3. I'd bring in Matthias , mostly for the awesome effect he has by being on the table, and to bring your potential number of offensive minions to 4.

Yes, I figured it would be 3 but with being able to tap 1-2 blockers while bleeding with marionette is enough to pave the way for the others. Having said that Matthias would be good to have. I'm also thinking that renewed vigor could be reduced considering how small my vamps are and that those slots can be used for something else like govern the unaligned for example or simply more marionettes. Another possibility would be allies and perhaps some ally related obeah cards...

Revelations. There is nothing as nice as being able to pitch flick or rush from your prey's hand. Can't see why you wouldn't want to be able to play a couple of copies of that card.

I would try to focus on three main Obeah cards, preferably ones that will work well at the outferior for your weenie crypt (i.e. Anesthetic Touch at aus). Splashing some others for your Infernal Pact dude and Blanche is good, but I suggest having a reliable focus. That's what helps Inceptor be good.

Interesting. Revelations is an idea. I have since pimped the deck and came up with an ally version which, after a few test draws, looks solid. Panacea and Resurrection work well with Cry Wolf and playing a few Gehenna cards allows Alia, God's Messenger to be recruited as another obeah minion. Bloat is lacking in this deck but unmasking/carlton and rush backwards from cry wolf help. Nephandi also make an appearance while ousting comes through tap/bleed and swarm. Wish I could fit the Heidelberg Castle back into the deck perhaps instead of dreams of the sphinx.
