Get vampires with +1 bleed and take all but 1 blood back with villein. Recoup the blood with perfectionist and restoration. Put more +1 bleed cards on them, then bleed.
- How do you intend to oust?
- How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
- What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
- What do you want your average turn to look like?
- Bleeding for lots!
- Villein. Perfectionist and Restoration both provide blood to pay for Freak Drive but that blood can be converted to pool in an emergency.
- Three minions who bleed for 2-3 each. Ideally one of them will have additional equipment that makes them bleed for 4-5 and hard to block (Erebus Mask, Signet of King Saul, etc.)
- In the early game, play as many undirected actions as card flow allows. Bleed when an opportunity presents itself (or to move a couple of extra cards). Once mid game begins I need to oust people to keep my pool total high so I shift into high gear and bleed with every minion as often as possible. That means tap as many as I can with Jar the Soul, Freak Drive, then bleed.

Isn't 23 action plus 6 equipement / retainer a bit on the high side ? Sonce they aren't that many master, I would personaly switch some restoration and/or freak drive for Life in the city, which cannot be blocked. Lillith blessing would be another option.
I also wonder how it would behave if faced with a wallish deck. My supposition is that it explode, since you have nothing against combat and only 9 card to not get blocked, which costs precious blood. And it also prevent perfectionist from generating blood. Then again, it may be adapted to the deck you will face.

Imho this looks slow, no defense from combat, bleed or politics. Then again, I never played with necromancy, I might be missing something. There are three suggestions which are NOT compatible with each another.
1) Replace Villeins with Vessels - you would need steady flow of pool if you want to bloat for defense. It's not like you would refill your vamps instantly with your blood gain. Maybe even make it 9 Vessels to have an easier start and having in mind you will lose your vamps to combat. Add 2 Rapid Healing as well to escape torpor. Add 2 Secure Havens and 5 more Call of The Hungry dead to have an option of going forward against rush and wall decks.
2) Ditch the stealh-like and tap packages and become a bruise bleed instead.
3) Go for 8+ cap crypt, add turbine (Info Highways, Zhilla's Valleys, Dreams of Sphinx, 8-10 in total), Golconda x 3, keep Villeins. This makes your vampires transient. In a perfect world you would get twice the pool back you invested, at worst case your minions would be in torpor bloodless and diablerized the turn you influenced them which is cornercase. This takes shitload of master space ofc, so you should think carefully what else to add (perhaps cycling ala Barrens to get turbine out of your hand beginning midgame). As for minion cards, you would need to ditch all equipment (at least not to expect it to last) and try to find cards which would cost you as less blood as possible, so you could take more blood off your vamps with Villeins. On a positive note, you could look for vamps with AUS and add some bounce. If you do this, perhaps a few Delaying Tactics or Poison Pills could be added then as well, since you would untap anyways.
The latter approach with some tweaks I applied to make a potent S&B 60 card deck which swept me a playtesting table having a wall as prey and a rush deck as predator (needless to say, worst combination for S&B).

I'd consider finding a way to swap out all those Restorations for Summon Souls and try to get your library down closer to 60 cards.

This looks lime a fun casual deck, but basically anything with intercept shuts it down. 1 spiritualintervention seems bad. No secrets makes for a long and terrible game currently, and unless you always have call the hdead in hand, i see even kite in a g2 sb deck being capable of holding you back for a few turns.
I think you hurt imbued enough to get some love from the table, same with grils, but thats the only way tosurvive one of half a dozen popular decks sitting as your predator or prey. More ways out of being blocked, like spectral divination, some life in the city, and probably what is most valuable would be some prevent.
