Im confused. Is your entire way to accrue votes burning brown cards? I see donaldson, and he is good, but luna has one vote. Maybe rise of the nephtali with anthelios to ger it out, since you have so many masters anyway. Also, luna can play old friends and or hall of hades court(outferior, naturally) to generate a tad more votes.

I see it being a playable deck, but im just not impressed by her special. Orlandos doubling is easily worth building around, but in not sure about burning a finite resource just to pass a vote. It would be like running 12 veneficti just to use the burn option to make 4 corrupt constructions.
But it looks runnable, in my opinion, insofar as a deck with that many vote cards can be.
Oh, spiritual intervention. So u dont lose your all star and everyone else to every chode with a fistful of red cards.
