With 20 masters (yes 4 of them are for creation rites as I could understand) your Blood Doll should be Vessel (or Villein!). Only one information highway is not enough (or one too much).
I would change 2 sudden for 2 other pentex subversion.

Looks interesting, but with those masters, your hand is seriously gonna jam at some point. Lilith's Blessing would solve that issue, but since it's banned, might even try to squeeze the Parthenon in there, just to cycle your masters more efficiently.

I see your Creation Rites/Con Boon angle, but I think that's a bit too complicated for the !Toreador. They make Embraces and Art Scam even better, though I assume by your library that you only have one Art Scam. :/

Even so, I'd swap that angle out and make room for 10-cap Marthe Dizier since she has CEL/PRE/pro and +1 bleed. Keep the Blood Dolls, but add Villeins with a larger crypt.

Looks kinda clunky. Instantaneous transformation seems to be the real reason you run protean. Seems odd. Earth meld > majesty, but due to so many vamps lackimg the now relevant protean, not sure if a switchover is prudent. But, its also costing blood from important fatties to use majesty, so i guess testing would tell. Id run some rapid change (stealth or sce for a blood). The swarm bleex looks like a good angle. Maybe a couple sanguine instructions?

Preaonally, id use Mallabranca with Adana, Jamal, and the unnamed for some brutal cap n tap multiacting with free sce and untap, a touch of intercept, and that sort of thing with obf pre and voting/ bleesing. So, high damage output once you get going, and defense with intercept plus earth meld, and of course a nice pool cusion from tapping and capping, so once he fatties are oit ita just paying to untap unnamed sometimes. And even then, maybe itll already be untapped.....

As is, the decks not bad, just kinda migrates. Id almost use more weenies than midcap, and id go with ondine over the g3 bh !torrie

For creation rites the Protean skill cards can come from your library, hand, or ash heap. I tried to include a decent amount of cylcling tech (heart, dreams, barrens) to put some of the protean cards away for Creation Rites. Some will need to be played on !toreador without any or superior protean. It is likely to have some jams, but nothing too terrible (I hope).

Defense is simple and efficient (wake, bounce, scalpel tongue), so it shouldn't need as many cards as say intercept combat. Offense relies on some multi-acting by Instantaneous Transformation and Majesty. Creation rites are also good +1 bleeds with Palla Grande. The deck can hopefully look innocuous enough during the building phase (oh look at the cute protean !toreador deck, I always wanted to see if that would work). At some point you lay down a Palla Grande and bleed for 12 with three minions.
