tzimisce wall

hello,
i started playing vtes 6 months ago, found this archetype and felt in love with it.

i started copying the "sascha 20 horrid form" deck, slowly modding it to my preferences.

my local gaming group consist of

lasombra political s&b
stanislava political s&b
gangrel combat
kyasid s&b
eurobrujah
cybele combo
plus preconstructed 5th edition and some other s&b decks.

im fine with losing but considering eurobrujah outcombat me and every s&b endlessly combat ends me (stanislava more in everything) i modded it to try to cover all the nasty things i may meet

i think i broke the deck. need someone to help me smoothing it.

hope i didnt broke any rules.

How do you intend to oust?
fame / army of rats / smiling jack / torpor vampires

How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
walling / deflecting / raising blood from masters

What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?
i would like it to have 3-4 vampire (1-2 AUX / VIC rest VIC / aux mainly)

What do you want your average turn to look like?
getting blood from villeins and powerbase. waiting to intercept dangerous stuff

What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
stealth and bleed mostly trying to surpass my intercept or form of mist, otherwise dealing with other players to destroy my smiling jacks / deflecting on me other bleeds

What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
i get my hand stuck sometimes with too low intercept, sometimes no combat cards

If you meta is heavy on S&B, then consider increasing bounce package.
Not only couple more Telepatics, but also 4-5 My Enemies Enemy will help. You can swap Precognition/Spirit's Touch for it.

Since Sascha is your star, maybe you can switch a couple of Rotschreck for 2 Magic of the Smith ?

Generally speaking, your deck is already okay.
Bear in mind that VTES is not a game where you can force a gamewin only by using/playing the best cards; you have to play the table and the players. For example, a wall usually wins by blocking key actions, not every single action.

Regarding your deck:
If card-flow is an issue, consider cards like Dreams of the Sphinx and Aura Reading.
If you miss ousting power, add cards that increase your bleeds or use more bounces (as already suggested). In my opinion, Dragonbound is a helpful card for every combat wall.

Maybe you want to try out a crypt with more vampires having all disciplines on superior level. 
And maybe you want to put in some cards that protect/refresh your pool resources.

Keep on trying, the path to victory is one of persistance.
